years' experience in Trusts, Wills, Estate Planning, Medicaid Trusts, and Guardianships to join their in-office team.
To be considered for this role, you must be licensed to practice in New York, have 3
years' experience, and be able to manage a growing caseload.
The salary range for this opportunity is $85k - $110k (based on experience), and includes a 401(k) w/ company match, profit sharing paid entirely by the firm, healthcare (medical coverage through UHC/Oxford and dental coverage through Guardian), disability insurance, and 15 PTO days per year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
