NURSING HOME MARKETER
Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation - We are a very nice Nursing Home located in Port Washington, NY that is currently in the search for a Marketer to join our team!The Marketer will be working at hospitals ensuring that each hospital has coverage every day.
Responsibilities:
Helps manage the admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction.
Helps maintain a network of referral sources, providing information via marketing materials or presentations as needed.
Develop relationships with Case Mangers in hospital Development relationships with Social workers Follow up with referrals in hospitals Maintaining a full capacity in censes at the nursing home Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills Knowledge of sales techniques Salesmen by trait, and confirming bed acceptance Following up with case Manager/ Social Worker with all potential referrals
Qualifications:
2 year of prior experience in Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation ONLY Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships within a competitive marketplace.
Must have skilled nursing home background Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -- Recommended Skills Communication Nursing Presentations Sales Home Care Rehabilitations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
