Summary:
Job Description Summary The Sales Support role will provide administrative support to sales team and handle customer relationship in Latin America, to expand sales with existing customers and acquiring new business.
The position has a high level of interaction with international customers, sales team, and internal departments.
Job Description:
Build and maintain positive relationship with customers to ensure high level of customer service.
Assist sales team on product presentations, distributor training, sample distribution, sell sheets, and prepare Spanish translations when needed.
Update and monitor planograms by country and key retailers.
Assist on lead generation, customer follow-ups and general inquiries.
Handle market research, monitor retailer e-commerce, update pricing database.
Follow-up on display requests and support customers with local execution.
Assist customers with marketing and social media needs.
Organize and share digital assets.
Support communication with international marketing agencies.
Assist on tradeshow preparation.
Position Requirements:
Spanish bilingual is required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development.
Cosmetics industry preferred.
Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management.
Able to work with various simultaneous projects.
Problem solving, organization, and time management.
Customer service oriented.
Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SharePoint, Smartsheet Additional
