Detailed oriented Must be well-organized Bookkeeping background Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task Primary Responsibilities for Dispatcher:
- Dispatch will process Drivers paperwork when they return from their daily routes - Dispatch bookkeeper will issue credits for customers - Ability to reconcile across several documents for accurate bookkeeping - Responsible for recording payments from customers - Assist warehouse personnel with paperwork from dispatch office - Learn how to route daily deliveries from dispatch office Requirements:
- Excellent communication and verbal skills - English required; Spanish is a plus - Available to work Saturdays - Working knowledge of Excel Compensation:
