Primary Responsibilities Data Entry Specialist:
Work directly with warehouse personnel and Managers.
Responsible for allocating and shipping sales orders.
Performing daily conversion of product categories.
Continuous overview of inventory.
Daily distribution of documents to appropriate departments.
Attend to customer deliveries and pickups.
Ensure all received documents are correct.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation for Data Entry Specialist:
Compensation based on experience ($17-$20) Medical Benefits and Supplemental Benefits Paid time off Monday - Friday Flexible Hours 401k plan Requirements for Data Entry Specialist:
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Well organized and ability to manage time well.
Good mathematical and analytical skills.
Bilingual (English & Spanish is a plus) Good verbal and writing communicational skills Problem solving.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
