The ideal candidate will be a dependable and reliable team player with the ability to be self-motivated and have a positive customer service attitude.
Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work calmly under pressure, while delivering courteous, efficient, & professional customer service.
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:
00am - 5:
00pm OR 9:
00 am - 6:
00pm Key Characteristics:
Prior hardware, paint store, lumber yard experience preferred Speak English fluently.
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Must have basic computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
Working knowledge of Excel a plus.
Highly flexible; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills including compassionate, patient, and respectful and be able to build strong relationships through effective communication with clients, prospective clients, and co-workers.
Strong sense of motivation, self-starter with a persistent nature to overcome obstacles.
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in client facing high quality service positions Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced environment Enjoys working independently as well as with others Cheerful, upbeat attitude with a positive approach
