Experience operating a forklift is required.
Job Description and Duties:
Receive all deliveries.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
Process and prioritize intakes.
Report any damage to supervisors.
Handle and process damage items to MFG.
Process returns from customers.
Mark stock items using identification stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
Assist in restocking warehouse supplies.
Clean and maintain all bins in order.
Quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained at all times.
Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping related work when needed.
Complete inventory review, including counting, receiving, and putting away inventory to allocated locations, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Clean assigned aisles by moving items from the bins in detail.
Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leads and Managers.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and speak English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
Must possess basic mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
Strong organizational skills Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
Have a good overall understanding of DC workflow and can work with minimal guidance.
Ability to help train and assist associates when needed Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Must maintain appropriate attendance standards.
Must be able to lift 50lbs without restriction.
Must be able to stand on feet for duration of shift.
