Marketing Associate (Port Washington, New York) Experience Level:
2-4 years Schedule:
Full-time, transitioning from 5 to 4 days a week after the first month. Hours are 9am-5:
30pm ET.

Marketing degree (MBA preferred), strong in strategic planning and execution. Proficient in social and digital media, with excellent communication skills. Experience working in the beauty or fashion industries. Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to travel approximately twice a year. This role offers an opportunity to be deeply involved in brand marketing with a focus on executing marketing plans and digital strategies, overseeing budget management, and driving promotional activities in the US, Canada, and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Manager on global marketing plans, focusing on US & Canada. - Coordinate with Product Development and Creative teams on artwork for promotions, packaging, and digital assets. - Manage category budget and project execution for promotional displays and digital media strategies. - Act as liaison with external agencies for marketing initiatives and digital communications. - Support e-commerce team and ensure brand integration across all programs.
