Seeking a full-time
Superintendent/ handyman
to provide maintenance service and oversight to a local shopping center.
Inspects property daily, performs basic repairs to plumbing, lights, door hardware, cement repair, roof repairs, painting, etc.
Responds to daily requests from management, tenants and contractors. On call for after-hours emergencies.
Grounds keeping, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, window cleaning, power washing.
Must have good communication skills, speak English, and have a valid New York State Drivers License.
Salary negotiable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
