Assistant Manager/ Manager, Human Resources

The Assistant Manager, Human resources will be responsible for assisting and maintaining all Hr-related activities and procedures, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Legal Compliance. S/he will maintain positive employee relations and assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or Staffing/ Recruiting experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong organizational planning and follow-up skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Some traveling may be required (3-4 times a year), flexibility in schedule preferred
    • Attendance of company wide events may be required (2-3 times a year)
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
