HR Assistant

Job description:

Collecting and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processedPerforming administrative work, including copying and scanning files, storing and maintaining files. Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualification or eligibility of applicants. Updating HR databases (e. g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude:
Positive attitude and open-minded Detail-oriented, collaborative, positive attitude, well-organized Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Some travel may be required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
