Customer Service Representative

Pall Corporation is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative located in Port Washington, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global organization, where you are the voice to our customers. A strong relationship with our customer starts with you!

The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, who can work in and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Manages order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce
  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate shipments and invoices
  • Partners with sales representatives in processing customer needs

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED

1 year of prior experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree preferred

2+ years of prior experience in customer service

Position Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
