Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for processing, correcting and reconciling accounting documents, such as invoices, cash receipts, and credit memos. S/he will review and code financial information, prepare and process documents to make accurate statements, process and review incoming payments, and maintain a record of all transactions. S/he will also search for any inefficient, unnecessary processes that need to be improved as well as coordinate with other teams throughout the entire AP & AR processes.

Job Requirements

    • Knowledge of General Accounting Principles
    • Bachelor s degree in Accounting and/or Business related majors
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Korean preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
