Customer Service Representative

A large eye wear company located within Nassau County is seeking customer service representatives to join their team! If you are customer service driven, have a positive outgoing personality and look to advance within a team environment, we need you!!
This is a temporary to permanent position, with schedule options of M-F from 12:00PM-8:00PM.

Responsibilities:
-Managing multi phone line system
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Trouble shooting problems and resolving issues
-Account management
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
