Manager, Operations Implementation

Position Overview The role of the Manager, Operations Implementation is to plan, coordinate and execute key corporate initiatives from an Operations perspective according to strict timelines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members across multiple departments in order to deliver projects on time and correct according to plan, as well as executing operational tasks when needed.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage portfolio of Operations projects Route project work and handle resource allocation within Operations Maintain operational metrics related to projects Executive reporting of Operations project status Establish standard practices / templates for Operations project work and ensure compliance within the team Create documentation for new/revised processes, tools, deliverables Champion training and skill development Adhere to standard practices / templates for Operations project work and ensure compliance within the team Assist in the creation documentation for new/revised processes, tools, deliverables Represent Operations in regards to project work Execute operational tasks as needed by project Partner with Global Production to develop transition plan for moving new /enhanced capabilities and processes to standard production Identify and mitigate risks to timing and/or quality Conduct regular project status meetings with Ops Production team.  Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years operational project management experience or an equivalent combination of project management experience, development or product management experience. Ability to influence others and operate effectively in a matrix organization. Experience working with other departments to define the scope and goals of projects. Strong interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel Candidate must be able to manage timely, effective response to customer needs and effectively communicate project status as requested and required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
